Sensei David Diaz began his journey with martial arts at the very tender age of 8 in Puerto Rico. After experimenting with several styles he came across traditional karate from Okinawa Japan and an extraordinary teacher Dr. Eduardo L. Gonzalez. It wasn't long before David’s hard work and dedication had paid off and he obtained his black belt. Today he is a 6th Degree black belt with a passion for teaching others the art of karate and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Through martial arts, he has been able not only to teach karate but to provide effective cardio classes for adults with maximum results
